Packages

N.B. this information is probably very out of date...

RPM

Planet CCRMA and Fresh RPMs provide RedHat RPM packages that can be fetched with APT or downloaded and installed by hand.

A selection of RPMs for other distributions are also available from pbone.net.

Debian

There are debian packages available, and Anand Kumria maintains a version suitable for Debian 3.0 (woody) based systems.

"People who wish to use that version should include in /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://people.debian.org/~akumria/woody ./

Gentoo

To get these plugins in gentoo:

emerge media-plugins/swh-plugins

Free BSD

To get these plugins in FreeBSD:

cd /usr/ports/audio/swhplugins && make install clean

pkg_add -r swhplugins

Other software

You can find other software I've released if you root around in the releases releases directory. It contatins various things, some of which may not be documented or compile anymore, I may be able to help by email if this is the case.
